We’re given a yearly professional development allocation and monthly professional development sessions held at Revita National Support Office.

Personally, I’ve also found that I’ve learned a lot through visiting different facilities and absorbing the work ethics from these organisations.

  1. Working in a multidisciplinary team and working in a team to take care of the residents
  2. Great social interactions with the staff and the residents
  3. Being able to do lots of fun exercise classes and activities with the residents

Through regular team support and the anytime contact if required and professional development through monthly educational sessions throughout the year. They also support me to complete professional development individually when needed.

Revita offers friendly management and supportive with flexible roster, ongoing support to the whole team. The management and support team are always there for us and I’m lucky I’m able to work in a friendly environment with great people.

The most rewarding aspects of my job are…
Helping residents feel better and putting a small on their faces when I visit. It’s also nice to hear that I’m the favourite physio at the facility (as the Doctor onsite tells me!
